Bio & Philosophy

Bob Elliott is a trusted advisor, leadership strategist, and pioneer in organizational transformation. He collaborates with senior leaders and teams to uncover what’s not being said, challenge what’s no longer effective, and build the leadership capacity needed to shape a sustainable future.

Bob’s work centers on adaptive leadership, vertical development, and systemic change. Rather than loading clients with more training, he guides them in identifying hidden barriers and blind spots that hinder growth and impact. His approach is profoundly developmental, enabling leaders and organizations to become more well-rounded, agile, and balanced in their thinking, relationships, and actions.

Whether guiding cultural transformations, supporting executive transitions, or developing internal change agents, Bob fosters the conditions for lasting change. He’s the creator of the Organizational Net Worth™ (ONW™) framework, a groundbreaking model that redefines how value is created and sustained through leadership presence, relational capital, cognitive agility, and relevance.

With more than twenty years of experience in consulting and executive coaching, Bob clarifies complex situations. He excels at helping leaders who depend excessively on their strengths or believe their organization has surpassed its current strategies. He guides them to broaden their perspective, understand the overarching system, and advance with increased awareness and accuracy.

Bob holds certifications in world-class assessment and development tools, including the Global Leadership Profile (GLP), DiSC™ and Five Behaviors™, CheckPoint 360™, PXT Select™, Immunity to Change Mapping, and Polarity Thinking. His client base includes Fortune 10 corporations, small and mid-sized companies, nonprofits, universities, and public sector institutions.

Earlier in his career, Bob held GM/COO roles with P&L responsibility and dedicated 23 years as a Chief Warrant Officer in the U.S. military, including positions in officer leadership development. He brings a unique blend of operational expertise, strategic insight, and profound human understanding to every engagement.

Bob’s passion is in developing leaders who are prepared to move beyond business as usual and guide toward a more resilient, regenerative future.

On weekends, he can be found tending the vines and making wine at his New Hampshire vineyard and winery.
